Years ago, as was the case for most of our customers, we were equipped with the EDI system that enables us to receive our customers’ orders via electronic data interchange. Since our computer system is directly linked to that of our customers, the risk of error in reception and order processing no longer exists. This same process is applied for the mailing of our invoices and delivery slips. The time saved thanks to this equipment means we can devote more time to our customer service. In addition, this data dematerialization system means paper documents no longer need to be sent, thus considerably contributing to the sustainable development process.
